"I contacted the office after noticing a significant increase in my insurance premium and spoke with Beatrice. She said she would contact the insurance company to find out why the rate had increased so much and then get back to me. I never received a callback.
Since I hadn't heard from her, I called the office again and scheduled an appointment for the account manager to call me. Unfortunately, the account manager never called either.
When I spoke with Beatrice again, she remembered my previous call, but I still wasn't provided with an explanation for the premium increase or any meaningful follow-up. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the failure to return promised calls. I hope the agency improves its customer service by following through on callbacks and providing timely updates to customers."

"This has not been a good experience. My father had car insurance with them for a few years, but when he went to cancel it, it took several phone calls, and during which time they kept charging his account even though he had coverage elsewhere. They did not issue any credits as they should have due to their delays, resulting in a 97-year-old man overpaying them. I would not recommend them as they have no morals."

"I signed with this agency while one of their employees was still active there. After he left my rate went up from $900+ to $1400+. Between my health which I shared with these horrible people there, they would keep promising me to call me back for adjustment & refund my back pay they stole to the original price that they were taking out of my checking account. These people are the worst I have ever dealt with as they lie, false excuses, never return a call & above all they specially never connected with corporate as they claim. So after speaking with corporate that they told me they were never been contacted by them. I hope you see through their true colors. Total of 4 cars from 2 Mercedes, 1 Audi, 1 Bentley. I should have stayed with progressive with the same policy, apple for Apple at $970 a month. I guess I’m the idiot."
