"La verdad es que estoy bien insatisfecha con el servicio de la renovación de mi póliza de rentas para el año 2026-2027… He llamado varias veces al respecto, considerando los tiempos, y al día de hoy no había obtenido respuesta, razón por la cual decido llamar de nuevo, primeramente me atendió una persona, y luego me comunico con alguien más y no conseguían mi póliza de rentas dentro del sistema… Cada vez que me atiende una persona diferente, consigue un error de la persona que me atendió anteriormente, Y este tipo de situaciones no pueden estar ocurriendo!!
No, es posible que teniendo cuatro años de clienta al día de hoy, no consiguieran mi póliza actual dentro del sistema y que de hecho si vieran mi Poliza De hace dos años atrás… Considero que son situaciones importantes que no pueden ocurrir, ya que tengo todas mis otras pólizas de seguros aquí y esto lamentablemente me hace dudar de que el resto de ellas se encuentren estructuradas correctamente tal como lo he solicitado desde un inicio, y el día de mañana, Dios nos lo permita, no me responderán en caso de tener alguna reclamación, debido a algún error…
También es súper difícil comunicarse con la oficina, ya sea por vía telefónica o vía Chat que nunca responden…
Considero es de suma importancia que el sistema funcione en óptimas condiciones, para evitar este tipo de situaciones!!
Me había rehusado hacer una reseña, ya que no soy persona de exponer públicamente este tipo de situaciones, que ya había hecho saber directamente a diferentes personas que me han atendido en la oficina… pero definitivamente, son las que ayudan a mejorar para alcanzar la excelencia.
En cuanto a la señora YAMELIS, es una persona superprofesional, respetuosa, que da un muy buen servicio y atención, buscando siempre la mejor alternativa para sus clientes y esto es algo que debe replicarse en el resto del personal ya que los errores traen consecuencias… Y ella sola es imposible, darse basto y hacer todo el trabajo por sí misma…
La meta es mejorar y dar siempre un mejor servicio 🙏🏼 para que sigamos avanzando juntos !!"

"I contacted the office after noticing a significant increase in my insurance premium and spoke with Beatrice. She said she would contact the insurance company to find out why the rate had increased so much and then get back to me. I never received a callback.
Since I hadn't heard from her, I called the office again and scheduled an appointment for the account manager to call me. Unfortunately, the account manager never called either.
When I spoke with Beatrice again, she remembered my previous call, but I still wasn't provided with an explanation for the premium increase or any meaningful follow-up. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the failure to return promised calls. I hope the agency improves its customer service by following through on callbacks and providing timely updates to customers."
